Testimonials

Aviva has taken female OTs early in their career under her wing to teach! She allows staff to come up with their own solutions too, but is there to support them. Female staff have felt supported and encouraged to go the extra mile with their clients, and get confident to speak up about their opinions and clinical reasoning.
